SBA Tools builds software for SBA lenders and lending teams, including workflow tools, analysis tooling, and AI-assisted underwriting support products.

Customers purchase access to software and related digital services. We do not sell physical goods.

Support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

SBA Tools sells digital software access and services. Because no physical goods are shipped, a traditional return process does not apply.

If you believe you purchased in error, contact support within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request under our refund policy below.

If a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, contact us at support@sbatools.com before filing a dispute with your bank whenever possible so we can resolve it quickly.

Eligible refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval. We may deny refunds for completed service periods, past due invoices, abusive usage, or violation of our terms.

We maintain billing and access records to respond to payment disputes and chargebacks.

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your billing settings or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund elapsed billing periods unless otherwise required by law or approved under our refund policy.

Access remains active through the end of the current paid term unless your account is suspended for terms violations.

You may not use SBA Tools for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, money laundering, fraudulent lending activity, or any use prohibited by applicable law.

Services may not be used in jurisdictions or by persons where export controls, sanctions, or other regulations prohibit access.

Promotional pricing, credits, or trial offers are subject to eligibility, expiration, and any campaign-specific terms disclosed at the time of offer.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, or redeemed for cash and may be modified or withdrawn at any time where permitted by law.
